We have use this for 1 camping trip. It is now in the bag (which has a small year in it) but comes with awning that makes this family tent massive. Outwell Hartford XXL Family Tent 8-12 Berth in Croydon

This is a HUGE family tent with 4 sleeping pods (all will fit a queen size inflatable bed) set around a very large living area. There is a small repair to the fitted groundsheet. Two of the bedroom pods will need stitching down one of the seems - this has not bothered us as we do not use them to sleep in. There are no rips or tears in the outer tent fabric and it is watertight - we have just returned from a week in Norfolk and had some heavy rain and high winds and all stayed dry! Selling as it is a bit too big for us now!
