Johnson 9.9hp 2 stroke short shaft outboard engine motor

Here i have nicely restored Johnson 9.9 hp 2 stroke outboard engine. It had lots of work put in and came out really nice. First of all it was stripped,cleaned and then had a paint job. Lots of parts were replaced like oil seals,water pick up tube grommet,crank shaft seals,thermostat,gaskets,waterways cleaned,(although engine is fresh water motor),water pump rebuilt,new spark plugs,gear oil,new decals on the hood and more. Actual powerhead was not stripped,because it is in good working order and there was no point of taking it apart,but like i mentioned before,all seals,grommets,gaskets on the powerhead were replaced and after that block was primed and painted with gloss black engine paint. Pictures show engine 99% finished,it will have few little finishing touches so when buyer comes to see it will be ready be fitted to the boat. I bought this outboard motor on a boat several years ago and subsequently sold the boat. I had the intention of buying another boat but never did. As far as I know it has only been used on fresh water rivers around the Cambridge area. It has not run for a number of years but turns over on the starter cord. It would certainly need a good service at the least. It is complete with a petrol tank and pipe - although I would imagine the rubber parts may need replacing. Up for sale is a 25 hp 2 stroke Johnson seahorse. It is a short shaft and on remotes. Comes with a huge fueltank. The engine came with a boat that I purchased but unfortunately the boat required a long shaft engine. We have had the engine serviced at Mitchell outboard services (Johnson specialist) and replaced just about everything with new. New oils, gaskets, seals, points, coils, plugs, pull cord you name it, it's been replaced. Full carb strip down clean and rebuild. Has got a new propeller that cost over £100.
