Johnson 15hp outboard short shaft, used twice this year, new impeller (have old one), gearbox oil and plugs. I have owned the engine just over 1 year. Unsure of manufacture year.Poss . Has power output on side. This is a 2 stroke, hard to get as domestically stopped supplying in , very light in comparison to a new 4 stroke. Very fast Hood looks brand new, the motor was refurbished by previous owner, with new decals. Engine starts and runs, seems a bit awkward at hot starting, plenty of compression. Gearbox is fine, no lumps or chunks out of engine or prop. Starter cord is also loose and needs retensioning, this with the starting hot issues the motor is sold as spares or repair only, it has a Yamaha fuel tank (scruffy). I would highly recommend a dealer service before use, no warranty given. Can send video of engine running. Purchased new package of boat and engine, sold the previous inflatable. Here i have nicely restored Johnson 9.9 hp 2 stroke outboard engine. It had lots of work put in and came out really nice. First of all it was stripped,cleaned and then had a paint job. Lots of parts were replaced like oil seals,water pick up tube grommet,crank shaft seals,thermostat,gaskets,waterways cleaned,(although engine is fresh water motor),water pump rebuilt,new spark plugs,gear oil,new decals on the hood and more. Actual powerhead was not stripped,because it is in good working order and there was no point of taking it apart,but like i mentioned before,all seals,grommets,gaskets on the powerhead were replaced and after that block was primed and painted with gloss black engine paint. Pictures show engine 99% finished,it will have few little finishing touches so when buyer comes to see it will be ready be fitted to the boat. Up for sale is a 25 hp 2 stroke Johnson seahorse. It is a short shaft and on remotes. Comes with a huge fueltank. The engine came with a boat that I purchased but unfortunately the boat required a long shaft engine. We have had the engine serviced at Mitchell outboard services (Johnson specialist) and replaced just about everything with new. New oils, gaskets, seals, points, coils, plugs, pull cord you name it, it's been replaced. Full carb strip down clean and rebuild. Has got a new propeller that cost over £100. p for grabs is my yamaha LH 25hp outboard engine 2 stroke 2 stroke longshft 18'' from cavitation plate to seat i had with my boat from local boat chandlers i removed engine/powerhead and cows striped de greased with steam cleaner then refitted with new power head gasket and where needed. outboard rely nice runs nice setup for tiller now or for controls the lid has been repaired and sprayed tophalf masked round decals have filled and sanded primered and sprayed with yamaha colour mach paint i think it looks nice now lot better than it was also sprayed other bits and bobs please see picks didnt bother changing plugs as there in tiptop condition very good propeller this engine has not had that much use and no use in last few years now back to tiptop condition redy to go for another 25 years please not that the draglink arm and bracket for stering is not with engine as im kepping it cheers new impeller kit fitted new power head seat gasket new water jacket gaskets x2 (iner & outer) + new stainless water jacket alan bolts new stainless thermostat alan bolts & gasket new gearbox oil refurbished propeller myself cash on Collection from Carmarthenshire thanks for looking Ad ID: Delivery Services Consumer Credit
