Having been carefully stripped back, both inside and out, then lightly sanded and waxed it's been returned to it's original golden oak finish whilst retaining it's patina and character. Being flat-topped (as opposed to the more common angled top) it can be used in a variety of guises - lamp/plant table, hallway address book table, kitchen recipe book table, reading desk, child's homework desk, or simply as an attractive vintage cupboard/storage.
