Has had all new tubes including 6L6 and 12AX7's. This Fender Reverb has the tremelo with controls on front panel. 2 channel input with total of 4 inputs, Brite switches for each channel. Tilt-back side legs. Original footswitch/plate for reverb and tremelo effects (on/off). Black tolex with silver grille - cloth. I have just spent £260 and had all tubes and faulty capacitors etc. replaced, ‘by ex Marshall engineer’, just to make sure it is electrically safe and does not impede the ‘true fat Fender tones’ of this most rare and beautiful amp. This amp is in great condition given its age and fully working, as it has been said, this amp stakes a claim in the history books of music making! ‘A true classic’. This is my Fender Twin Reverb. She's about as original and unmolested as you can get. It even includes the original footswitch! When I acquired her she needed a complete filter cap change which made a clean sounding amp even cleaner. The valves have just been tested. One was found to be faulty and has been replaced. She's an absolute beauty and in pretty good condition considering she's nearly 40 years old. At £750 she's a bargain but I am open to sensible offers. Immaculate Fender 65 Deluxe Reverb for sale, produced on a limited run in this head version, like the combo its 22Watts, 2 channels with great tube reverb and tremolo, foot switch included and cover. Its a great amp, I use a cab that has vintage 30s and its everything you’d expect of a blackface fender. It’s fully serviceable and as you can see from the photos, condition is as new. I’ve used it in my home only. This amp has a really nice warm clean tone and is an excellent platform for effects pedals. I’ll be sad to part with it but I like to try different equipment and need to sell it to fund my next purchase. If you have a JTM45 I would be interested in swapping*.
