Yellow rose has been used as a live aboard for the last 8 years, it is a cosy boat and at 65ft it's a good liveable size. It has a log burner as the main source of heating in the front room the dining room table converts into a double bed and there is a large walk in wardrobe for the ladies! Kitchen is a very good size with a gas cooker and hob, hot and cold running water heated by an instant gas heater. Bathroom has an electric pump out toilet and a shower that is big enough to sit in and have a small bath. Back bedroom has a fixed double bed and a heater for the colder nights. The engine room has a bomb proof lister sr2 engine that has never skipped a beat since I have owned it, these engines may be old but looked after they will never stop. There is a boat safety certificate with about 3 years left on it. It's had several surveys done over the years, I had a hull survey done about 3 years ago which was good with no issues.
