Most people I meet would like to learn the basics of a computer, surfing the net, word processing, desk top publishing, fixing simple problems. In a classroom environment can be daunting, you always feel your the thickest. With one to one tuition a cup of tea and learn about the specific things you want to learn about, you might want to have fun on a pc, make calender's, cards,etc, write letters, or how to send reply to emails. Might sound simple to some but I have taught basic levels to people with master degrees. If you would prefer me to come out to yours locally the cost would be £20 an hour, if its at my house with tea and biscuits thrown in £10. You tell me what would benefit you and I will teach it you, might even be putting music on a mp3 player, ipad, phone etc whatever is mportant to you. This is where CLAIT in my opinion teaches people nothing you go through press buttons get a certificate, the following day you dont know what youve done. I have taught 4 year olds up to 85 yr olds, Don't be scared of computers. I had a customer dear Harry who died. He started at 85, and was taking digital photos tranferring them to xmas cards etc, the internet opened up a whole new world.
