Beautiful chest of drawers, old but not sure of the exact period, and in need of a bit of TLC. The brass handles are not originals, but look good! Unfortunately the top has warped and come away from the sides at the back, as the previous owners had let it get wet. A couple of the drawers are a bit sticky, but function OK and could easily be fixed. With a bit of adjustment, I'm sure this piece could be improved. The price reflects this. Chest of Drawers Antique pine for restoration, chintz OLD st

This is for a chest of drawers crying out for restoration. A quality item with wood lining between the drawer levels. All original including wooden knobs. Lined with a Times newspaper so at least 54 years old but i think it is a lot older. Would suit either professional restorers or chintz project. Inspection welcome before auction end. The dimensions are approx 37 inches in height, 18 and half inches width and 37 and a half inches long. Buyer collects cash preferred and item is in Lytham near to the crematorium.
