This old vintage press camera comes complete with 12 metal sliding plates, Kodak box with some unused (not exposed film), metal disc flash (not working), wooden tripod stand (extendable legs). I have a letter from the previous owner to say that the camera does work, some adjustments required on focus, but good working order. I have never used the camera, was originally a present that I was going to use and convert into a light, and display on the stand. This would be a great gift for someone.

Cast Iron Victorian Book Press

I've used this in my leather workshop for the last year--actually for pressing books! And squashing anything that needed squashing. Mechanism is lively and smooth and light, finish is pretty good with no rust. Plates are unfinished so do get a bit of oxidisation occasionally but a rub with a bit of wet and dry sorts that:D The jaws are just wider than A4 size:D Lovely bit of useful kit that weighs a ton, so would prefer collection from LL15 near Ruthin.
