I am selling my great nans old antique style chest of drawers. They are very old and my Nan always said they were worth a few bob. They have been in storage since her death 10 years ago so obviously has some signs of wear and tear but the right person will be able to tidy them up. I don't want them going to waste as we have no place for them and want them to go to an owner who will look after them. They do need a tidy up but these drawers must be a good few years old as they have been passed down 4 generations. I have no idea what they are worth but would like serious offers please. Chest of Drawers Antique pine for restoration, chintz OLD st

This is for a chest of drawers crying out for restoration. A quality item with wood lining between the drawer levels. All original including wooden knobs. Lined with a Times newspaper so at least 54 years old but i think it is a lot older. Would suit either professional restorers or chintz project. Inspection welcome before auction end. The dimensions are approx 37 inches in height, 18 and half inches width and 37 and a half inches long. Buyer collects cash preferred and item is in Lytham near to the crematorium. Prefer auction to run it's course so please no end it all now offers unless they are generous.

Large Antique Pine Chest of Drawers, Genuine Antique. in

For Sale Large Antique Pine Chest of Drawers, dimensions are approximately mm High, Wide and 530MM Deep, front to back including handles. Drawer depths from the bottom drawer upwards are: 270mm, 220mm, 170mm and the two smaller drawers are 115mm deep. the previous owner told me she bought the drawers second hand in and the clear plastic handles were on it then, they are one piece moulded and screwed into the drawer as you can see in the pictures, one of them has slight damage, second down on the right. There are age related marks and a couple of splits but that adds to the character. The bottom drawer has some damage, a strip of wood at the top has broken off so a gap shows when the drawer is closed, the piece of wood is there so may be fixed. Because of the damage the price is £135. Genuine Antique.
