Longcase/grandfather clock
19th century carved oak longcase 8 day clock, with motto "I tarry for none" it measures 6' 6" tall. It is carved on the front body of the clock. The sides are plain. The attractive face with delightful Cherub spandrels, was made in the late 18th Century by Newby of Kendal. It has a later movement. It is in good condition, and ticks but does not strike.
