Nikkor 300mm F4 AF - ED lens + Hard case

I have for sale my 300mm Nikon F4 AF ED lens. It comes with a hard case. I have had this lens a few years and never use it any more. Its a great lens for nature photography as its much lighter than the F2.8 version. It has some signs of wear as you would expe. The manual and auto focus both work. I rarely used it on manual as it seems a bit noisey. It comes without a front or rear cap but will be securely packaged.

The only marks I saw were on the velvet / suede liner on the inside of the in-built hood, which can be cleaned off easily. Both, front element and the rear elements are in superb condition with no scratches. The lens mount has hardly any signs of use on it. The lens is superb prime lens, which takes awesome photos when paired with a good camera. Fast aperture of F4 means you can really get faster shutter speeds. The lens is super sharp even wide open, sharper than VR II as per Ken Rockwell. Selling as I no longer need it. What is included: 1. The lens with built in hood 2. Attached tripod collar 3.
