A Wallace Heaton photographic enlarger, in blue metal cleaned up very nicely. I acquired this around 36 years ago as had an interest in photography which I did not pursue. It has sat in my loft unused since then and all moveable parts and bulb still appear to be in good working order. I estimate it to be around 50 years old. For sale, a beautiful Leitz Focomat 1c darkroom enlarger with accompanying Leitz easel which slots into the baseboard to give accurate sizing and location for printing or be removed if a larger easel is required. The 1c was made between with the high precision engineering quality you would expect from a piece of equipment with the Leica name and is considered by many to be the best enlarger for 35mm monochrome darkroom printing. Negative carrier inserts are guided into a V-groove made accessible after the enlarger lamp housing is tilted backwards to a locking stop, plus, the negative strip can realigned by raising the lamp/condenser housing using a lever at the right. The head raising mechanism (for focusing) is a pinch-lever operated by forefinger and thumb of the left hand… all very simple, smooth and elegant. There is also an auto focus mechanism if you decide to change the print size and this will focus the lens for you under normal use. The light source is very even and bright coming through the condenser from a 150 watt opal bulb.(I'm including two spares here) Also included in the package is a lovely Hauck electric enlarger timer which is easy to use and very accurate. Gründe gibt es einige: So steht das deutsche Einkommensteuerrecht seit Jahren in der Kritik durch zahlreiche Ausnahme- und Sonderregelungen intransparent geworden zu sein zu sein. In aktuellen Diskussionen und auf den Parteitagen fallen Begriffe wie Negativsteuer, Bürgergeld oder Kombilohn. Hauptanliegen dieser Seminararbeit ist es, die Konzeption einer negativen Einkommensteuer darzustellen und kritisch zu würdigen. Zur Veranschaulichung werden verschiedene Konzepte vorgestellt und dann anhand der Darstellung von auftretenden Problemen und Schwierigkeiten gezeigt, wieso eine Umsetzung dieser Vorschläge bisher nicht erfolgt ist. Der Begriff der negativen Einkommensteuer wird in der Praxis oft synonym mit den Begriffen Bürgergeld und Kombilohn verwendet. Ob dies inhaltlich richtig ist, oder ob Unterschiede bestehen, wird im letzen Kapitel mit einer abschließenden kurzen Darstellung der aktuellen Reformvorschläge in Deutschland erläutert.
