Negative Einkommensteuer: In der Vergangenheit und auch aktuell wird viel über Reformen der Einkommensteuer und des Sozialsystems debattiert. Hauptanliegen dieser Seminararbeit ist es, die Konzeption einer negativen Einkommensteuer darzustellen und kritisch zu würdigen. Zur Veranschaulichung werden verschiedene Konzepte vorgestellt und dann anhand der Darstellung von auftretenden Problemen und Schwierigkeiten gezeigt, wieso eine Umsetzung dieser Vorschläge bisher nicht erfolgt ist. Der Begriff der negativen Einkommensteuer wird in der Praxis oft synonym mit den Begriffen Bürgergeld und Kombilohn verwendet. Ob dies inhaltlich richtig ist, oder ob Unterschiede bestehen, wird im letzen Kapitel mit einer abschließenden kurzen Darstellung der aktuellen Reformvorschläge in Deutschland erläutert.
