So unfortunately I am selling my home, it's a DeGroot BMC engine, water draft is 2ft6, air draft is 9ft10 and it's 30ft by 12ft in size. It was bought by me a few years ago and since owning it I have gutted and re designed the interior it had a double bedroom at the back, storage in the wheelhouse, then there is a kitchen wet room with shower and a sofa area that converts into another double bed. The boat is fully self sufficient it has 3 solar panels that run all the electrics including a new fridge bought few weeks ago. The boiler and cooker are gas powered. The boat is available with the mooring it currently sits located on canvey island, the mooring fees are £83 per month. It really is a boat to come and view the pictures are good but it's bigger than it looks inside. Beautiful 47ft project boat, will make a great home for somebody whilst finishing her off (I've lived aboard for the past 6 months as she is, so you have many options). Gorgeous mooring in Keynsham, directly between Bath and Bristol, perfect for commuting, yet peaceful and tranquil enough to remind you that you're not in the city. She came out of the water August and was fully re blacked / bitumen and the hull looked great (so I was told by the previous owner, although they didn't have a hill survey done so you may wish to do this?) She has beautiful windows which come out fully, perfect in the summer! And great space front and back. Inside you will find a great single ottoman bed with loads of storage, cassette toilet, gorgeous living area with a log burner and plenty of comfortable living space. The kitchen is where the work (in my opinion) is needed. There is currently no running water.
