Bought specifically to do side saddle and three day event with. Now halter broken, used to daily stable life, will lead, have rugs on, (still working on back feet) not a mean horse, always the lowest in the herd despite her size!! LUNA is a beautiful 42ft cruiser Stern narrowboat livaboard. She was built in by a company called Harbough Marine with steel hull. I have lived on LUNA for 3 years and had so many happy times. Whatever the season the canal is beautiful. Imagine looking out your window in spring and seeing the ducklings, signets, baby moorhens, goslings, the trees growing, the flowers and blossom sprouting. Watching the trees shed their leaves in autumn and picking blackberries, watching the snow falling around you in winter whilst being cosy inside with the burner lit and, the best bit, summer, sitting on the towpath taking in the colours and smells, talking to the passers by, waving at the other boats going past, sitting in the evening with friends with a glass of wine or beer and a BBQ. Yellow rose is a traditional narrow boat built in by a very reputable company called Hancock and lane, they built high quality boats with the very best steel. Yellow rose has been used as a live aboard for the last 8 years, it is a cosy boat and at 65ft it's a good liveable size. It has a log burner as the main source of heating in the front room the dining room table converts into a double bed and there is a large walk in wardrobe for the ladies! Kitchen is a very good size with a gas cooker and hob, hot and cold running water heated by an instant gas heater. Bathroom has an electric pump out toilet and a shower that is big enough to sit in and have a small bath. Back bedroom has a fixed double bed and a heater for the colder nights. The engine room has a bomb proof lister sr2 engine that has never skipped a beat since I have owned it, these engines may be old but looked after they will never stop. There is a boat safety certificate with about 3 years left on it. It's had several surveys done over the years, I had a hull survey done about 3 years ago which was good with no issues. In fact there was a boat of the same size 20 years younger out of the water at the same time and the hull was so much worse than mine the surveyor couldn't believe my boat's age!
