Used only twice Royal Montpellier Large 12 man tent in excellent condition. Here we have our 12 man tent, used 2 times in great condition no rip's or tear's really waterproof all good poles tent pegs etc. Ready to go. We have all instructions (2 people half an hour to erect) Poles colour coded for easy install. This is a big tent with four separate sleeping pods and a large main area which is easily tall enough to stand up in. A bright and airy tent with doors on both sides with porch to front. Comes with an electric hook up entry place too. This tent is great it has a really strong fitted ground sheet built into the tent so no nasty drafts or bugs getting in. This tent cost us £ five years ago and we used it as a family for the first time this summer. Always taken down in dry conditions and kept in a dry place. This tent stood up to a storm where we were in 25 mph winds and yet other tents were destroyed and doesn't leak either. Great tent for a big family. For sale is a PROACTION CANBERRA 12 tent. This sleeps 12 with 3 bedroom compartments. We bought this from a friend last Easter, to use on large family holiday that summer of . Unfortunately the other party had to pull out & we never used it as far too big for us! We have seen it pitched in friends garden before we bought it. It is in good condition and very big! 12 man Pro action tent, used twice since we purchased it a few years ago. Very good condition and very spacious inside. I put the tent up this evening for these photos just to ensure that everything was there and correct (pitched very loosely). One of the main centre poles is split into 2 sections as the elastic centre broke last time we used it. This does not effect the tent in any way. We have created small holes near both doors on each storm flap, this was just to hold these down during a very windy camping trip. Finally there is a couple of bird poo marks on the roof which is to be expected i suppose. Fantastic tent, comes with 3 internal pods, all poles and plenty of spare pegs. It has internal sleeves near each pod for storage and windows beside each door and one on the back of the tent also.
