Silicon Arts 6B4G Monoblocks
Utilizing the 6B4G direct heated triode for a full 60 watts output, the Fusion monoblocks have the delicacy of the 2A3 with enough triode power for real world loudspeakers. This pair of built to order amps was returned to Masa-San in Japan for a full rebuild Q. The chokes were replaced and new top line film capacitors replaced the original electrolytics. All the capacitors in the initial stage circuit were replaced with conductive polymer which are now used in Masa-San's CF 080 preamplifier. Finally, the capacitors in the power supply section were replaced with high speed capacitors. In short, the amps are now the amongst the very best direct heated triodes ever made in push-pull. They compare favorably with the last of Kondo of Japan's amps which were push pull. The chassis are beautifully finished in rare wood with a beautiful deep ruby lacquer. The visual statement these amps make is equal to the efortless, amazingly natural and linear sound they create. In short, this is a one time opportunity to buy a masterpiece. The output transformers are particularly rare and now totally unavailable. These hand wound Japanese transformers combined with Masa-San's proprietary circuit allows 60 triode watts from the 4 per channel 6B4G tubes.
