The boat has been stripped back totally with new decks put in. The whole boat has been fiberglassed and painted white. It has 2x 1.5 BMC engines which have had new bearings and gaskets. The windows need to go back in. The Engines and running gear need to go in. The wheelhouse needs reconstructing. I have all the bits to go back into the interior. 22ft Project Boat, Teal 22 - Idea;f Fishing or Cruiser

TEAL 22 CRUISER ideal to make into a fishing boat or to renovate back into a cruiser in your taste. It had sank, was lifted and part stripped to convert into a fishing boat, before previous owner 'disappeared' due to unpaid bills. I took it on to use as temporary storage, while I finish renovating my houseboat and to do it up as a tether, but then discovered that it was not possible for me to do that, so I have reluctantly decided to sell it. The hull is in excellent repair having been stripped and renovated in a workshop and the boat has been floating over winter with no leaks. It would make an ideal project to complete its conversion for fishing, or to reinstate it as a cruiser. Its OUTLET DRIVE LEG, possibly a SONIC (a modified Enfield which is interchangeable), is intact and appears reasonably sound, but it has not been closely examined. Its PERKINS ENGINE, now in a workshop, was also stripped, is mostly complete and looks like it should be a runner, although missing the starter motor and water pump. There is also a mounting plate fitted to accommodate an outboard motor too. The interior had been stripped. I did salvage the major parts, as visible in the photographs, to use as templates, etc, along with two steering wheels, the propellor and various bits. Arrangements can be made for viewing in YORK. Here is my 21 foot Freeman up for sale. I bought this a couple of years ago with every intention of doing up and using it and havent ever found the time. Would be an ideal project for someone who has a few weeks of spare hard graft to put into her to have her ready for summer. The boat is a lovely big boat but does need some attention. There is no engine in the boat however the prop shaft and steering is all in place and in order. The hull and cabin are made of fibreglass making it good and solid and very easily repairable if ever required. There are 2 deck boards needing attention, one at the keel, and one on deck. Ring Speed Boat 20ft V8 Inboard Project Boat

Ring Speed Boat - Bought as a Ring Extreme 21 but since been told it is a Ring 20. Paid £6k for it as a shell with electric and engine but no finishes, thousands spent on it but due to bereavement has sat since and has deteriorated. Letd get the bad bits out the way - The engine appears seized so either needs complete overhaul or new engine?? The wood around the engine cover has rotted and needs replacing. Some of the paint has cracked altho only noticeable up close. The wood on top of the trailer is ok for now but needs replacing. There is some cracking where the Volvo Penta is sealed onto the boat Good bits Tyres all look ok (one was bad but I have just replaced it in August for a new one) Everything was totally stripped out and replaced. I'm sorry I do not know much about boats - including this one. I have a pile of receipts inc all new eyes, Stainless Vents, Fuel Primer Bulb Pump, Oil filter, Battery cables, Ocean Water bilge pump, fuse box, Battery isolators, Stainless Steel Wheel, Battery Terminals, Fire Resistant Marine Hoses, Horn Switch, Heater Hoses, Bilge Water Alarm, Bucket Seats, Alternator, Boat Fenders, Braided Fuel Hose. New sound system and fully trimmed in white and blue, matching ball things that protect the sides (sorry I have no idea what they are called), It really is a beautiful boat and always gets comments.
