I purchased this boat as a project and have done some work on it. The whole boat was stripped for refurbishment and needs putting back together. Unfortunately age and health has stopped me continuing. There are items like cooker sink fridge oven new worktop that are on-board to fit. There is a virtually new canopy over the cockpit Outside needs rubbing down and a repaint. The hull would need a couple of coats of Epoxy. Engine gearbox and running gear are perfect. (The engine etc. would be ideal to transfer into another vessel if you so choose to do.) I think if you are interested is to come and view at the boat yard It would be possible to work on it in the yard. (Rent would apply). 26' GRP canal cruiser project boat Mile End

26ft long 6'10 wide GRP boat (Burland 26). Boat built in berth, reasonably fitted out inside (completely liveable) but with no working engine. Bought in , now leaving London so time to sell the boat. Spent time making boat a nice and comfortable place to live, however always intended to fix the engine but never got around to it, hence the cheap price – only £! The good: Completely liveable inside working oven, grill and 3 hob burner (gas), all connected and working £500+ of top quality solar equipment fitted (fitted 3 years ago, still working perfectly) Big 220 watt solar panel, ah deep cycle batteries, 30amp MPPT charge controller, 300w pure sine wave inverter – all working perfectly providing loads of power on the boat (in the winter I could still have lights on, charge the laptop, listen to music etc.) good electrics in the boat nice big water tank (approx. 100L), and working water pump all connected multi-fuel cast iron stove, keeping the boat nice and warm Shower – heated by calorifier though, so not hot unless engine has been running Toilet (porta potti) professionally insulated roof BSC valid until November River & Canal license valid until October Big double bed fold down table and seating area (seating 2 comfortably, 4 at a push), taking about 20 seconds to transform into small double bed Hull in excellent condition, last taken out of the water and antifouled in The bad: canopy is a little raggedy, see photos engine (33hp inboard petrol watermota crossflow seawolf mk2) not currently working – won't start, not sure of the problem. I've been getting other boats to give me a tow. Not recommended for tall people! At 6'3 I had to stoop with this boat. selling my custom low rider I bought this new around and its still in pretty lovely condition.. its a rare bike now as they don't make them like this any more, its got a gusseted ally frame not steel, and motorbike styled forks with double yokes. as you can see a racing silver and carbon paint job.. ally seat stem and wheels with a 3" back tyre, 3 speed grip shift gears and peddle back brake its not perfect it has a few little marks but its wonderful for its age and turns plenty of heads and gets plenty of admirers..so if your after a beach cruiser this is the one its different from the rest with it 50's hot rod styling its a winner.. cheers and thanks for looking at my ad

The boat has been stripped back totally with new decks put in. The whole boat has been fiberglassed and painted white. It has 2x 1.5 BMC engines which have had new bearings and gaskets. The windows need to go back in. The Engines and running gear need to go in. The wheelhouse needs reconstructing. I have all the bits to go back into the interior. Here is my 21 foot Freeman up for sale. I bought this a couple of years ago with every intention of doing up and using it and havent ever found the time. Would be an ideal project for someone who has a few weeks of spare hard graft to put into her to have her ready for summer. The boat is a lovely big boat but does need some attention. There is no engine in the boat however the prop shaft and steering is all in place and in order. The hull and cabin are made of fibreglass making it good and solid and very easily repairable if ever required. There are 2 deck boards needing attention, one at the keel, and one on deck.
