I'm trying to fund a new bass, so, for your consideration is my lovely midi guitar set up. Casio MG510 (yes it's a casio, no, it's not a toy!) is a full blown, pro quality strat copy with a coil tapped humbucker at the bridge. The action is stunningly low. The quality doesn't stop there though. The guitar has a built in midi convertor. Each string can output on its own midi channel, or send all through channel 1 and play chords galore. This is all done inside the guitar and is send out via a STANDARD midi cable - forget buying Roland midi with 13 pin plug that only connects to other Roland kit, this Casio connects to ANYTHING with a standard midi port. Midi sounds are chosen directly from the guitar too. Built in tuner. Guitar only, mix, and midi only output switch. I have it connected to a Roland D110 module at the moment which is included in the sale, as is a hard case for the guitar. Guitar can be powered by mains or battery. A Casio Midi guitar from around . Japanese Strat style (made in the Ibanez factory!) guitar features 3 pickups with coil tap on the bridge humbucker, 5 way switch, 22 frets. Awesome Genz-Benz ShuttleMAX 12.2 head: Twin channel amplifier - 2x 600W per side. Twin independent preamps - one FET the other tube, can be combined and blended for a huge range of sounds to suit all styles. On board 4 band EQ with adjustable mid frequency for low-mids and high-mids. LF Boost, Mid Scoop and High enhancement also adjustable. Includes foot control board & power cable. All excellent condition. Minor superficial scratches on top face of amp but none break through the coating. A great price of £500. Originally around £ when new. 2x Vanderkley 15-6 Bass cabinets. 600W each - 4 Ohms. 15" main driver and 6" high frequency driver. Adjustable crossover built in and accessible from rear. Both include Vanderkley padded covers. All in immaculate condition. These cabs offer brilliant sensitivity, giving a much higher perceived output for a given power level than other high end cabs. They were originally an upgrade to my 2x BareFaced BB2 cabs and outperformed them in every way. A great compliment to the Genz-Benz amp head above. £550 each.
