Planning to upgrade to the 800+ version, as being a fretless player the individual gain controls for the mids would be a lovely thing to have. Handmade in California, the amp puts out 800 Watts @ 4/2 Ohms, or 400 Watts @ 8 Ohms. Tone shaping is handled by a 4 band EQ Section comprised of BASS, LOW MID, HIGH MID and TREBLE Controls. There is also a DEEP switch, that adds a little boost at 50Hz, and a VOICING control which allows fine-tuning of your sound from a more “flat” response to a radically scooped midrange sound with the lows and highs boosted. This is an extremely rare Mesa Boogie Studio Preamp with IIC++ Mod. Mesa don't do these mods anymore, and this is only one of THREE Studio Pre's with this mod in existence! Mesa Boogie Lonestar Guitar Amplifier 1xwatt

Here we have a Mesa Boogie Lonestar Special, 1x12 inch speaker, 30 watt all tube amp. It can also be stepped down to lower wattages for smaller venues or home use. Absolutely brilliant amp. I've gigged it and it's been solid and never let me down. The reverb unit, however, doesn't work. I have not looked into it as I never use verb on amps, but I've heard it could be an easy fix.
