Selling my trusty Mesa Boogie Rectoverb Combo, This 50 watt 1 x 12 combo really does pack a huge punch. It's an oversized 1 x 12 design, so sounds more like a 2 x 12 with the low end response. I've always used Mesa Boogies due to their glassy crisp cleans and their renowned heavy Hi Gain sounds. When the gain in cranked, it just sounds huge. There's a few tonal options with both channels, so you can run the clean pushed for more gain and Ch.2 has the same 3 gain settings as the Road Kings/Dual Recs, from mid gain through to Modern Metal Hi Gain. The amp is in great condition, has been gigged but looked after and I bought the cover when I bought the amp, so that has a few marks on but the amp itself is in top condition. This is an extremely rare Mesa Boogie Studio Preamp with IIC++ Mod. Mesa don't do these mods anymore, and this is only one of THREE Studio Pre's with this mod in existence! Click on the 'video' tab below to hear audio samples Sent back to Mesa Boogie USA in June for full service (can provide documentation) Its no secret that the studio pre circuitry is the closest you can get to a real IIC+ without having to spend £+. Match this preamp + mod with a good power amp you have basically the same tone as a real IIC+ for a fraction of the price. Mint condition, barely used, Mesa Boogie Mark Five W, Black shadow 12" speaker, combo amp.  This amp is located in the Wirral, UK, (Between Chester & Liverpool) so if your from the UK, that means minimal or no shipping charges, if you pick it up, and NO excessive import and customs duties, like you'd have to pay for the same amp coming in from the USA. The amp also works with the UK electric current of V.  These amps retail for around £+ new.
