Super FRAGILE Heather Pure Linen Cropped Pants Sz16

Really gorgeous cropped 100% linen elasticated trousers by FRAGILE in a size 16. Drawstring waist ties over elastic. Both go all the way round the waist, so will fit any waist size from c.25" or 64cm with the drawstring pulled tight, all the way up to c.44" or 112cm with the elastic fully stretched, which still leaves enough of the drawstring free to tie into a bow. Outside leg measures 31" or 79cm, inside leg 20" or 51.5cm. Width at hem is 10" or 26cm, measured on one side with legs laid flat, so 20" or 51.5cm circumference. They have a lovely deep 5" or 13cm edging to the hems, with movement splits of 4.25" or about 11cm, which gives the legs a nice finish. These comfy, versatile trousers are a really lovely heather-y mauve sort of colour, which my camera hasn't been able to pick up very accurately. I would describe them as a cross between a heather and an amethyst type of purple/mauve.... it's a soft colour, and very pretty. Subtle, not bright. Some lights make it look like a grey/blueish mauve, others make it appear more pinky. Two nice deep pockets in the hip side seams, deep enough to actually get your hands in, drawstring/ tie waist over elastic, and machine washable at 40 degrees mean that these fab trousers are comfortable, practical and stylish. Linen never goes out of fashion. These are in excellent condition, with no pulls, holes,snags or faults. To be super-picky, they do show some colour-fade on the top parts of the gathers on the waist, more on the inside of the waist than the outside, but this isn't noticeable because of the gathering of the fabric. You have to pull the gathers flat to be able to see it. It's the high points of the gathers that show slight fading. Happy to post at cost, with payment by PayPal, or cash on collection also fine. BNWT JOSEPH Gold Linen Crop Pants Sz.M, RRP!

Stunning gold lurex woven pure linen trousers/ cropped pants, genuine authentic JOSEPH trousers, made in France. Absolutely gorgeous cropped pants, linen with a special metallic thread woven through to give the stunning, shimmery, gently gleaming gold effect. Difficult to capture the colour accurately - these aren't a strong, brassy gold, these are more subtle, almost like a silvery-gold. Complete with all labels. Back pockets (x2 angled slit-patch) still stitched shut. X2 front pockets. Zip, metal hook and loop, plus button-flap fly. The button looks to me as though it could do with an extra stitch to secure it, although it's no-where near actually coming off, it just seems to have become slightly loose over time - these were bought as a present for me, years ago, and I've never been the right shape for them, so they've literally been stored in an unused wardrobe in the spare room. The hems have fabric ties so you can wear them either loose and open, or gathered up. Exquisite workmanship, design, detailing, fabric, etc., just as you'd expect from this design house. Measurements (all approx and all taken with garment laid flat unless otherwise specified): Waist - " or cm (not a huge amount of give) Rise from centre crotch to top of waistband - 9.5" or 24.5cm Outside leg - 33" or 84.5cm Inside leg - " or 62cm Hem- 8.5" or 22cm Above knee - 9.5" or 24.5cm There is some bias give in the legs, i.e., some diagonal stretch, but no straight across or straight up and down stretch. Shaped button flap section, and, as you'd expect with a name of this quality, the inside edges of the waistband and fly-flap are bound very neatly in toning fabric to provide a neat edge and to prevent fraying.
