Can be slightly nervous to catch until he gets to know you, I tend to leave a headcollar on him in the field. Never had Sweetitch, Laminits or any other health issues. Never bitten, reared, kicked or bolted Teeth, feet, back and working all up to date. Seen Geese, Chickens, Tractors, Lorries and Dogs. I've never traveled him but I would imagine as he has been moved in the past he does load and travel happily. Was broken to drive/ ride in a previous home but then left in a field. I have had tack on him and ridden him out on the roads, he is young and inexperienced but very willing. 14.2hh Middle weight Cob Gelding in Wadhurst

We, after a lot of false starts, have regrettably come to the conclusion that we have to sell our gorgeous, handsome, kind hearted gelding. This boy is one in a million and is the sort that is very tricky to find and the sort you want to hang onto forever. He is only for sale due to major changes in our circumstances and we feel he needs more attention and consistency in his life. Barney is 11 years old and we have owned him (as a mother, daughter share) for over 2 years. He is very slow and will do anything for the simple life so unfortunately won't suit you if you're after something a bit more whizzy! Barney is bit clumsy in the school as he's not built for this kind of work and is happiest out and about, plodding the lanes, looking down peoples drives and being nosey! He is a real confidence giver and will only push his luck when he sees a patch of yummy looking grass that he might want a taste of! He requires a fair bit of leg to keep him moving otherwise he'll think, regardless if you've only just set off or not, that he's finished his work and can go home. He would NEVER tank off with you and has never bucked, reared, bolted with us or his previous owners. He loves his food and will be your best friend if you carry mints, carrots, biscuits or jam sandwiches with you! Good in traffic and on the roads with bins, dogs, lawnmowers, etc. Loves a fuss and is a big softy (even though he pretends he's not!) Great with the vet, farrier.. He is currently bare foot, has had shoes in the past and would need them again if he was worked more on the roads. Currently lives out 24/7 and prefers this but is very flexible and coming in won't phase him. Has lived on his own but would prefer company. Barney is very submissive towards mares and geldings and is always the one being pushed around in the field by the others so if possible would like a home with others that are friendly. He is very kind and we only want someone who can give him the love and fuss he deserves. We ensure that we are going to find him what we think will be the best suited people, in the best suited home and are in no hurry to find this. No time wasters please as this is hard enough as it is. Comes with tack and rugs.

14hh Stewbald medium weight cob type in Bridgwater

Here is my 14hh Stewbald medium weight cob type looking for a forever home. Due to no fault of her own. Purchased from someone who said she was for a novice rider however she is too strong for my 11 year old daughter who is a novice rider. She has had a lovely life so far doing PC,Dressage, XC and SI and will happily clear 2.6". A very sturdy and sure footed pony that would enjoy the odd outing hunting. She is forward going and push button off the leg and works nicely in the outline. Can be occasionally strong which responds better with seat and therefore not for a novice rider but would suit a more confident teenager. Will hack alone and in company. Don't be put off by her 19 years as she has plenty of miles left in the tank and would be happy in a variety of disciplines. She has had six months off and has now started coming back into work and is loving it. I am letting her go for free due to the fact the longer we hold onto her the more my daughter and i are getting attached but im a none rider and my daughter a novice and am having to get friends to ride her as we cant ride her and she is not being ridden enough and needs a forever home. black turnout hood It has a couple of professional mend patches as shown in photos 3 clips with elastic to rug and 2 straps under neck also has a hole in lining but does the job! We   try and describe  all our items as accurately as possible, however all used horse items will have a certain amount of general wear and tear.if you would like more information or photos please message us.  The measurements given are what is on the rug from the manufacturers or we have measured them and rounded to the nearest 3"(eg 5ft3"5ft6" 5ft9 etc).It is not always easy to measure exactly due to shoulder pleats or how tight you pull the rug so if you would like a more exact measurement please ask.

                      This hood would be lovely if my horse hadn't trashed the lining!                       The outer lining is intact (and fairly new), but the Velcro flap front fastening needs re-stitching (see 2nd photo) and it needs a new inner lining (see 3rd photo), although still useable. The 3 velcro neck fastenings are intact. All in all a nice hood which just needs a bit of work

14.3 cob gelding, this pony is a dream to be around, he would be a perfect mother daughter share, my 6 year old daughter rides him and I would also put my nan on him, he hacks alone or in company first last or in the middle, we have to hack down a dual carriage way from our farm over a big bridge and he doesn't bat a eyelid.
