Vest will take up to 30 kg with the addition of a further 5 kg. Vest is adjustable to fit and is tightened with a Velcro strap at the waist. Vest originally cost £110. Recommended for exercisers wanting to push their body weight circuit training to the next level or runners wanting to perform load bearing workouts. I used it to good effect for circuits and short repetitive sprints up steps. The vest is completely functional but has some wear from use.The rings on the vest are tarnished and one side of the buckle on the belt is missing however this is fixed by feeding the strap through the buckle which works better than the original connector. Only selling because I'm getting too old for this type of exercise!!! Cash and collection only.
