I have a Martin D35 for sale,   which One like this Martin does not crop up every day It is said that the older the acoustic guitar the better it sounds,  but this only applies if it's been played regularly during its history. Up for sale is my Martin D-18 V in excellent condition. It is a custom version as it has an Adirondack top. It sounds incredible but I need a double bass and have to raise funds. It has an endpin jack where a soundhole pickup previously was connected. I had planned to fit a K & K pickup but have not bothered. There are no issues with the guitar and it plays like a dream. A Martin D String Acoustic Guitar. I offer this beautiful instrument in immaculate condition for her years with hardly a blemish considering she's 44 years old !   This guitar needs no embellishment other than to say it is like a choir of angels with a voluminous deep rich resonating sound that just rings in your ears for an age. Truly wonderful sustain. Great string separation.  Set up for me by the late Dave Wild of Wild Guitars in Highgate, London.  He also fitted a straight - through pickup.   Never gigged this guitar only home use.This guitar is extremely easy to play & only selling it because I bought a new HD28 Retro & just can't put it down so someone else should really enjoy my treasured 12 string.   I include the original Geib green case with blue velvet lining. Wonderful playing guitar after a certain style. Solid Spruce Top, Rosewood back & sides, mahogany neck. Locking Tuners, Artec Vertex P pickup installed, with Tone and Volume controls.
