This is a rare opportunity to acquire one of the last examples of the lightest 15hp outboard motor ever produced at just 35 kg which is considerably lighter than all modern 4 stroke equivalents. This weight saving makes a huge difference when man-handling the engine on and off small boats and also improves performance when under way. Condition of the engine is very good (see photos) with some paintwork chips commensurate with age. The motor starts and selects gears smoothly and has an excellent flow of cooling water. It has had an additional unit fitted which cost £300 that generates 12 volts to power units such as a radio and lights. The engine has had less than 50 hours of use. It has never been stored in water and is flushed out after every use and dry stored in our garage. The engine is in immaculate condition. It has been regularly serviced on an annual basis by the dealer that it was purchased from. It had a new timing belt fitted at its last service 1 year ago and has had 7 hrs of usage since. Mariner 60hp outboard motor long shaft

Marina 60hp two stroke Long shaft Believe to be Very clean and evidently been looked after This outboard came with my boat which I recently purchase but I had already had my Yamaha f40 which I have now fitted to the boat so this one is not required. The previous owner has owned it from new & it's been regularly serviced up until just a month before it was purchased where the guy had it completely serviced & tested along with power trim over haul. The engine started smooth & ran perfectly selecting gears & pumping water how it should when I took it out on water to test the boat for leaks etc. I have a video of the test which I was a week ago where it can be seen in action along with the power trim in working order. The engine has been removed by a professional & power trim fluid drained so will require reconnecting & filling with hydraulic fluid. It's waiting on a pallet ready for collection only, it comes with remotes,electrics and cables will just require a fuel line and battery & away you go.
