Only 6 months old. Very sturdy. Sofa at bottom turns into double bed. I have taken off the futon mattress and have put a standard double on so it's been used as a triple bunk and mainly for sleepovers. After redecorating, she's decided she wants a normal double again because the top doesn't get used any more. Frame only but futon mattress is available. Being light pink really needs a dry clean.
