Pair of active 12" Speakers with horns. Excellent condition with a few minor cosmetic marks (see photos). These speakers have given exemplary service in a live environment with no problems whatsoever. They deliver an excellent clean sound with plenty of bass. They have never been 'overdriven' & although they have their own inbuilt compressor circuits they have always been used with an independent 'limiter' which is built into my QSC Desk (Not included). You can plug a microphone directly into the speakers & you will be immediately up and running. They are portable & very easy to handle. Mackie MR8 Mk3 Active Speakers/ Monitors- NEW and unused

These are brand new Mackie MR8 Mk3 studio monitors, completely unused and still in their boxes. They retail at £350 but I am selling for £250. I bought these from Amazon but due to an ordering mixup have now got two sets of speakers. These and some smaller and much inferior M-Audio BX8's which suit my needs better. I am therefore selling these on to a lucky person. I can provide proof of purchase- April . Mackie, as makers of pro PA speakers and monitors, should need no introduction. The MR series is an entry-level into their range. It punches way above most consumer grade gear. They have useful features usually found on much more expensive speakers e.g. LF attenuation. Apparently, due to their size and voicing (expansive and deep bass) these would suit: 1. medium/ large-ish home studio 2. normal sized lounge as a hifi alternative These can go very very LOUD if thats important to you and with in-built amplifiers you can trust that there is much less risk to their integrity than standard speakers/ amp seperates. Complete professional quality PA System with Mackie Thump 15 inch speakers which are 400W each, Mackie ProFX8 mixer with built in effects, 180w active floor monitor, speaker stands and all cables including custom made 20' mains leads for the speakers. Speakers are in excellent condition and have canvas covers which can be left on for outdoor use. Mixer is pretty much as new and comes in a padded case.
