PROJECT MARE

Lula is a very sweet 15.1hh 8 yo chestnut mare. She has been professionally broken in however can be difficult as she can be quite sensitive on her sides when applying lower leg contact. Therefore is been advertised as a long 1 to 1 project with someone that has the time to work with her or as a broodmare/ companion as she has very good working hunter breeding lines or as a companion. She is very low maintenance to look after, lives in or out (living out the 24/7 last winter) with both mares and geldings. Good to trim/ groom/ loads better in a lorry but will load in a trailer. Lovely project mare for sale. Bought her to re school in the spring but sadly just not settling into our environment. She's been lightly schooled in the summer befor I got her. Easy to do clip box shoe no vices. I feel she needs a routine of turn out an work as not enjoying being turned away an as at the moment we have no where to work her she's not happy. We also have a few farm animals that she also didn't like. I've only ridden her the once when I tried her was good but very green. I've not been able to ride since so I cannot say how she would be, as we have no where to work them yet. Cheap 13hh project mare

Lovely little mare who would suit a confident child or teenager. She hasn't been in any work for the past 12 months untill a couple of weeks ago she has done a few lessons in a riding school with the more confident riders. And then been ridden a couple times a week but then only regarding jockeysmall I have are eitha too big or too small for her. She can be a little timid untill she gets to know you so to catch I take some food and then she comes to you. She lives out in a mixed herd and no bother. She loads and travels fine in our trailer can't see her been a problemember in a wagon eitha. She isn't for a total novice rider but isn't silly or strong always snaffled mouthed. She can just have a little jog. Will pop small fences with ease and has scope to go higher. Has had front shoes on in the past but currently barefoot she isn't at all footy ect so unless doing a huge amount of road work wouldn't need shoes. For sale due to too nice of a mare to sit in the field but too big for my daughter and too small for anyone else on the yard.
