Looking for a companion!

Hello and thanks for taking the time to read my post! I am a 30 year old man that has recently be diagnosed with a degenerative back issue and my life has come to a complete halt. I have been stuck inside and spend a great deal of time alone while my partner is working and we are considering taking on a dog to help with the loneliness and to encourage me to get up and out more to help with rehabilitation. We are lucky to back right on to a park in market harborough, so even on bad days I can still get out even if just to throw a ball! I am looking for a dog, any age and breed considered but I would require a calm temperament that has lived with cats and is good with other dogs. We will happily pay a donation for the animal to prove it will be coming to a very animal oriented home and will get all the loved it can handle!
