I am looking to re-home my budgie, Jay, as I think he would be happier with companions. Since my other budgie died about 10 weeks ago, Jay has become quite unsettled and rather noisy. He is approximately 8 years old - I adopted him from his previous owner about 5 years ago. He is not tame but is in good health as he is free to fly around inside and eats a vet-recommended diet of Harrison's bird food (although he is not keen on any fruit and veg other than lettuce!) I am very fond of Jay but I would love for him to be with other budgies. If you are an experienced budgie owner and happy to take the time to gradually introduce Jay to your own budgies please get in touch. I am selling a beautiful large bird cage along with my 2 budgies and all of their toys and food. The green/yellow budgie is a male approximately 2 years old and the blue/white budgie is a female approximately 4 years old. They happily chirp, click and chatter together, but we don't let them out of their cage and handle them. The cage is big and it's on wheels so is incredibly easy to manoeuvre and move around the house. The height of the cage 64cm with a width of 51cm. With the stand, the total height is 126cm.
