Lovely cockerel needs a good home

We are looking to rehome our cockerel. We have two cockerels and recently they have been trying to be the boss of eachother so we sadly have to give one away. We have rescued them as a pair in December when they were found roaming in a nearby wooded area. Lonely budgie seeks home with other budgies

I am looking to re-home my budgie, Jay, as I think he would be happier with companions. Since my other budgie died about 10 weeks ago, Jay has become quite unsettled and rather noisy. He is approximately 8 years old - I adopted him from his previous owner about 5 years ago. He is not tame but is in good health as he is free to fly around inside and eats a vet-recommended diet of Harrison's bird food (although he is not keen on any fruit and veg other than lettuce!) I am very fond of Jay but I would love for him to be with other budgies. If you are an experienced budgie owner and happy to take the time to gradually introduce Jay to your own budgies please get in touch.
