11.2 Welsh Sec A Bay Gelding Pony 5 years old, Registered

Welsh section A show pony for sale through no fault of his own. Sadly his rider has outgrown him and is moving to a bigger pony. Fantastic pony for lead rein with for a less confident rider or 2nd pony for confident rider who can ride. He is a sweet, cheeky, lovable character who loves people and being with them. He lives in or out and is fine with mares or geldings. He has good stable manners and you can move around him in and out of the stable and loves attention although he can sometimes like to have a cheeky nibble. He has never kicked or shown any nasty behaviour and he is eager and willing to learn. He is still green/young in his education which is why he is good for lead rein or a 2nd pony. I have owned him from 9 months old and I can say he is 100% bomb proof, he loves a fuss is good with farrier, box and catch. Comes to call. I bought this pony for my son to start showjumping and he gave him so much confidence that they won overall points winner for jumping 2'3 and 2'6 at our local unaffiliated shows. This pony is a real gem. He rides out perfect and doesn't get afraid of anything at all. He is good to shoe, box and clip and a real darling in the stable. He is a yard favourite who loves cuddles and attention. This is a heartbreaking decision but my son has reached his teens and decided to play rugby This is a heartbreaking sale and I found it very difficult to find a pony this genuine for my son to ride out alone. Such a heart breaking decision but my beautiful Irish Thoroughbred is up for sale. I currently can now no longer ride as I am waiting for a back operation and will be unable to walk for months, so this is the best choice for my boy. Xander has come such a long way coming from a bad previous home. He has been ridden by a novice but I want him to go too a home with experience. He needs a lot more schooling and hacking out (walk trot) to build his muscle up as he was very under nourished. He is currently coming back into work being lunged and ridden slowly after having a rest. He is a very lazy ride but slight squeeze and he will listen, so no leg kickers!! I am only wanting him to go too a 10* home as he is a very loved boy, so experienced people only please. He needs to go to someone with a kind hand, I am very gentle with Xander and that's the sort of home I want him to go too. I am in no rush to sell him as I only want serious and honest people for my boy! Excellent with the farrier (fully shod) Amazing with the dentist Comes to call at his field He is used to chickens,geese and sheep. (Sharing his field with several) Good with other horses (he shares his field with the grumpy horse on the yard) Lives out 24/7 but will be in a stable if needed. Only experienced horsey family please !! I have a beautiful little 12.2 pony who we have owned for 6 years, I looking for a sharer so pony to stay in our currant yard. I am looking for a rider who is looking to exercise our little boy. He is great to catch tack up get on and go. Hacking can get a bit joggy only sometimes but nothing too scary. He has done lead rein which is great and then off, walk trots canters and jumps but we don't really do jumping with him that much as really more a show pony works in a great outline when asked correctly. My 12 year old is going onto her next pony and sadly outgrown him, so she goes still ride him and loves him but feel someone else could be having some fun with him. We would prefer an experienced family to share him as a typical Welsh section b pony. He is out at the moment but has him own stable and tack rugs etc. In the winter comes in at night and out during the day. I love this pony so much so no time wasters please.
