On the blade the test mark Crown with a Z (Zapff Justinus around ) on the handle Crown with a B (Brossois A.N. around ). On the cage the numbers 56 and 14Cage has been restored by a company due to pitting. Blade is intact and is in very beautiful condition. Clearly visible proof marks and engraving date the sword to , just after the Chilean civil war and shortly before a series of military coups and civilian engagements. Triple, antiqued effect gold/brass finish. Circular ceiling plate and chain suspending central column with three graceful curved arms holding the shades and seeded (air bubble) glass globes.
