We had an issue in that, when on spin cycle, it went out of balance and stopped before re trying a spin once again - This turned out to be a known fault rectifyable, according to LG tech dept, With a Board Replacement - Replaced with new one. The engineer replaced the (Main -10 year guarantee - Motor), Dampers, Shock Absorbers, and Main Board that are now only a year old. It has settled down but would recommend a floor that has little bounce. This is being sold as working and in good condition although, a non-solid floor may affect its function during spin. We suspect out floor has too much flexibility adding to movement and stability. Inside, this is virtually a new machine and the parts alone are worth the cost. It is huge as far as load goes, and if you need to cut down the wash time overall, this is ideal.
