Also helpful for delivery and access!!! Overall measurments of the corner unit as in current set up is 251 x 251 cm. Also included is the two seater settee and large footstool. The settee measures 184 x 94 cm. Hopefully the sketch can help with measurements. All in excellent condition. About 12 years old. Viewings welcome. Smoke free home... Only 2 years old, the latches that hold the two sections of the corner sofa in place have been removed and lost so the sofa splits if on laminate floor however will stay in place on carpet. Also comes with footstool which can be put on the end of the sofa to extend the corner Fabric in good condition, no tears or marks.
