Only 2 years old, the latches that hold the two sections of the corner sofa in place have been removed and lost so the sofa splits if on laminate floor however will stay in place on carpet. Also comes with footstool which can be put on the end of the sofa to extend the corner Fabric in good condition, no tears or marks. Water marks on the fabric underneath the cushions where has been washed but this cannot be seen. COLLECTION ONLY FROM CASTLEFORD
