Unique Hand Built Dolls House Handmade Fishermans House Cottage

This lovely hand built dolls house was built by myself and my grandfather a number of years ago. I wish to sadly part with it due to the fact it isn't small and we will soon be losing our storage space and I'd rather see it go to a home where it is used and loved. Diameters of the base are: 80cm x 67cm I cannot remember the scale that the house was built to, but we do have a book on how to create it somewhere (if we can find it) This dolls house is all in good condition and has had a lot of time invested into it to make it look like its been on the seaside with sea washed coloured marks around the edges and hand marked paving stones, bricks and with a hand made roof. There are 6 good sized rooms including two in the attic. The instruction book is included along with the remaining pieces that need to be assembled. This house would be ideal for anyone who wants to do their own decorating as all the rooms bar one are yet to be worked on. The bottom right hand room has been papered but that's all. One set of stairs have been fitted but a second set remains to be done along with the banisters. There is plenty to do yet to make it your perfect home! Rose cottage is a play house it comes in two parts one side is the kitchen the other the bedroom. The kitchen consists of a play sink with moveable taps, a washing machine and oven with hobs, apron, bowl, pan, wooden spoon, egg timer and buns with bun plate. I have a kettle that came separate which I am going to throw in with it. The kettle makes boiling noise and lights up. The bedroom consists of a cot which rocks and a baby change station. It is equipped with curtains that your child can open and close and a flap for letters to be posted. The play house is good, wipe able material. I have only had it two years.
