Beautiful antique large chest of drawers, dated as Edwardian, painted in Farrow & Ball paint (shade is Louis Blue). This lovely piece provides lots of storage, sadly I don't have the space for it any longer so it needs a new home. Measurements- 105cm/ 41.5 inches wide 97cm/ 38 inches high 45cm / inches deep To be collected from Sloane Square, central London. Please see the photographs- the chest of drawers is in good antique condition & perfectly functional, however it does have a few faint lines of wear along its sides at the top (although these don't seem to have been picked up by the photographs) and along the bottom of the unit. It leans slightly into the wall (apparently very old units were designed this way due to carpet being thicker by the wall in older times) but is perfectly stable and of course flat when up against the wall. ANTIQUE MAHOGANY CHEST OF DRAWERS - VICTORIAN/EDWARDIAN

MAHOGANY CHEST OF DRAWERS 2 over 3 - VICTORIAN/EDWARDIAN I bought this a while ago intending to renovate it but have now moved on to other interests. Sturdy, solid wood, original antique piece of furniture now needing some TLC to bring it back to its original glory or ready to 'shabby chic' it to bring it up to date. Generous storage to slip into an alcove or take its place with pride as a statement piece of furniture. It's structurally sound but sad:-(Two small drawers at the top with three drawers below. All handles are original, and in a dimpled style. All drawers intact and will open to the full extent, although two are stiff to open. All drawers will pull completely out of the chest. Has all four original chunky feet. The trim round the bottom is damaged and I had intended to remove it completely, but if you have the skill you could replace it. All the drawers still have the original locks, but no key - perhaps you have a little old key ready to find a new lock to love?? The top is marked and scuffed. Dimensions: 120cm tall (including the feet which are 15cm tall) 96 cm wide 44cm deep (excluding handles) I've seen these selling for over £200 when renovated or updated. Collection only from Bristol. I have this huge antique chest of draws for sale. This chest of draws is a lot bigger than the pictures show so please read the measurements. It has a stunning inlay design. This is a mahogany chest of draws with a mahogany veneer. It is in very good sturdy condition as seen in the pictures. It has 3 very large draws and 2 smaller draws at the top. It has an stunning design. The top has some marks with age as seen in the pictures. There are some chips in the veneer as seen in the pictures. The handles are the original handles, they have some of the bits missing but all the handles are there as seen in the pictures. For Sale Large Antique Pine Chest of Drawers, dimensions are approximately mm High, Wide and 530MM Deep, front to back including handles. Drawer depths from the bottom drawer upwards are: 270mm, 220mm, 170mm and the two smaller drawers are 115mm deep. the previous owner told me she bought the drawers second hand in and the clear plastic handles were on it then, they are one piece moulded and screwed into the drawer as you can see in the pictures, one of them has slight damage, second down on the right. There are age related marks and a couple of splits but that adds to the character. The bottom drawer has some damage, a strip of wood at the top has broken off so a gap shows when the drawer is closed, the piece of wood is there so may be fixed. Because of the damage the price is £135. Genuine Antique.
