A beautiful la cornue chateau 120 in excellent condition, this is my own personal cooker that has had 2 services by la cornue. It is the rarest of all colour combinations, copper, brass and stainless steel. When new this added Ā£ to the cost of the standard colours. The gas burners and hot plate is the best top configuration as it is reliable and will last forever, plus you can have up to 8 pots on there at the one time. All copper panels on this cooker can be removed, as can all brass fittings, whilst the condition is excellent, it is easy to remove everything and have them professionally polished and sealed This would make the cooker look brand new as you are working with natural metals and not paint. When cleaned and with lights shining on it at night this cooker looks very impressive La cornue coolers are expensive to repair and service, each individual cooker is unique and parts are not interchangeable. This format is the most reliable and timeless and will last for many more generations.
