The front porch makes an ideal day room and the fully sewn in groundsheet in the main living area greatly enhances comfort. This tent is virtually brand new only used twice We are selling as it's just a little too big for us and also we dont really have the storage space. We were VERY shocked at how easy and quickly we managed to erect the tent. It was also super easy to pack back down (which was my main concern!) and it neatly fitted back into its carry bag. This really would be ideal for the right family and you are welcome to pop round and inspect the item before bidding. Everything is complete and there is a seperate carry bag for the poles and pegs etc. This item is for collection only. However, I am willing to deliver the tent anywhere within a mile radius for a small fee. This tent is ideal for a family as the bedroom can be used as one large area or with a divided between rooms. The lounge/kitchen area is big enough for a table and chairs and has its own fitted ground sheet, it is tall enough to stand up in. No tears or leaks. If you do not know the kyham range these tents use a system where you click each pole into place, they are already attached to the tent, there is no threading of poles needed. The outer tent can be erected in minutes, you the need to peg down the outer tent and add the guy ropes.,you then attach the inner tent. The pictures are stock pictures from kyhams website as our garden is not big enough to properly erect the tent and spread it out.
