In excellent clean condition, seldom used as bought for the occasional visit from grandchildren. This is a larger sized, strong and sturdy easel with chalkboard surface one side and a white dry erase board on the other. This means more than one child can use the easel at the same time. The white board is suitable for any coloured dry wipe marker pens. Comes with an almost full roll of paper which can be soft clamped on the white board side as shown in the photos by using the green knobs to open and close the clamp. There is a storage shelf immediately beneath the boards and below this racks which house coloured storage containers each side. There is further storage space between the two boards as shown. On the chalkboard side there is a red shelf to house chalks and eraser. On the white board side there is a blue shelf which holds coloured non-spill paint pots. An area for keeping paint brushes and two storage areas for crayons, pencils, markers etc. All pots, storage containers and eraser as shown come with the easel.
