Kampa heralded the Filey 5 and Filey 6 as 'the ultimate AirBeam tents' and both certainly contain masses of excellent features and top quality materials. The Kampa Filey 5 featured here sleeps 5 people in a single 2+2+1 inner with removable divider curtains. Kampa's inflatable tents means there's no more traditional steel poles but instead an inflatable 'AirFrame' that is pre-attached to the awning and so there is now awkward or time-consuming assembly. The 'AirPoles' that create the frame are also inter-connected so that you can pump the entire frame up using just one valve. Conversely if something happens to damage one of the 'AirPoles' it can be isolated from neighbouring poles using the in-built isolation valve therefore ensuring continued use of the tent while a repair or replacement is arranged. The main tent houses the bedrooms and a living area that are sealed within the sewn in groundsheet. You can access this area through the side door or through the door that leads from the front canopy. This intermediate panel can be fully closed, rolled back as a door or fully opened through to the canopy. The large canopy also has a similar front panel arrangement, it can be fully closed, opened half way as a door or fully opened to let the outdoors in and create a sun canopy. The porch comes with a bathtub groundsheet that can be clipped in or left out depending upon your requirements. The side door has a large window and a secondary mosquito mesh screen. The window opposite can be zipped down to provide the ultimate in ventilation on really hot days. The main tent features a roof lining which insulates the tent, keeping it cooler in hot weather and warmer in cool weather. This gives you the advantages of polycotton without the disadvantages of extra weight and being more difficult to dry. Like all other AirFrame tents the Filey 5 is manufactured from heavy duty 150D polyester that we call Weathershield because of the superb protection it gives from the weather. The main tent features a roof lining which insulates the tent, keeping it cooler in hot weather and warmer in cool weather. This gives you the advantages of polycotton without the disadvantages of extra weight and being more difficult to dry. There is a slight tear on one of the airbeam flaps but this is only aesthetic damage and is not detrimental to the tent in any way. I have for sale the kampa Filey 6 six berth family tent in excellent condition. Included is the vestibule extension giving extra room in an already spacious tent plus an additional bedroom annex to accommodate an extra guest. Also included is a carpet and protective footprint. Just seeing if there's any interest at the moment. We have a kampa 5 air tent for sale. Tent is fine, no holes, rips or stuck zips. It does have a few marks here and there but the bedroom pods were washed and dried before packing it away at the end of summer. It comes with a carpet but it's for the Filey 6 so is over sized in length, perfect width, it just means it fits under the bedroom pods. Happy to pump it up for viewing (we have a manual pump we use for another tent) but this is a little time consuming so very interested persons who come with cash only. Ad ID:

Large 6-berth Vango Nadina 600 family tent bundle with footprint and carpet

This is a great family tent with 3 separate bedrooms easily sleeping 6 and a huge living space. We found that 2 of the bedrooms were easily big enough for 2 adults and 3 kids and the 3rd bedroom could then be used as a changing room/storage. We've used it on 5 family camping trips and it has stood up to the great British weather, no problem! We're including the footprint (great for protecting the groundsheet and keeping it clean) and the carpet. The tent is good condition but does have a small tear in the mesh door which can be easily sewn up and doesn't effect the integrity of the tent. Also one of the pole's internal wire has become detached. This doesn't cause a problem when putting up or taking down the tent as I've clearly marked the matching ends. Take a look at the Go Outdoors website or the youtube video to get the full details for this tent. This tent bundle retails for £625 at Go Outdoors at the moment (or £525 for the tent only).
