It has been used a maximum of twice a year and has always been fully dried before packing and storing away. While using the tent, we experienced all types of weather including some very heavy storms but it has always been extremely stable and has never let us down. Vango warranty for two years It is very easy for one person to put up. This is a nice tent, with a good head height and it sleeps four people. This tent has a very spacious living area of 2.5 x 2.5 metres. The attached front canopy gives even more living space, shade and protection from the rain when entering or leaving the tent. The front canopy can be rolled away into toggles if not needed or it is too windy. The front canopy makes a lovely area to sit on a nice warm evening and is helpful to keep the rain off the front door. In the lounge there is one large window with toggle up curtain opposite the D shaped door, and two smaller windows with toggle down curtains either side of the front door. The large roll up front door also has a mesh screen door. The side door, opposite the large window is D shape with two zips, one along the bottom and one along the sides. It does not have a mesh screen door. The cable entry is just behind the large side window. The bedrooms are a dark material, reducing light for a longer sleep. There is a toggled in divider to make two bedrooms. Without the screen divider, it is one large bedroom. There are two zipped bedroom doors that when undone, store in a pocket out of the way. There are mesh ventilation panels on the bedroom doors that have a zip up panel to close the mesh. It has a bathtub style sewn in ground sheet. It is mm HH so should keep the rain out The tent is 470cm long by 250cm wide and 190cm high, the canopy is 120cm long. The pack size is not too big, 70cm x 35cm x36cm and weighs 17.6kgs I found the packed tent small enough to be easy to fit into the car. The three Airbeams are very easy to pump up and the tent does not take long to put up and it can be done easily by one person. We purchased this tent last weekend and regrettably have now decided we need something slightly bigger for our family, however this tent is very spacious. It has the added bonus of the extra canopy which you can add onto the front of the tent, creating either a separate kitchen dinging area or just more lounge space. It comes with footprint and carpet for both the main tent and the added canopy too. We pitched the tent when we got home with it last weekend and gave it a good air out and hoover ready for its next outing, so you will find it in good clean condition and was packed away dry. Being an 'Airbeam' it takes approximately 20 minutes from knocking in the first pegs to pulling out the final guy ropes and it's even quicker to take down. The pump supplied both inflates and deflates the air tubes as needed, and gives a pressure reading so that you do not over inflate the tubes. It is really easy to setup. There's plenty of storage pockets inside and 2 lots of storm straps which make the tent extra sturdy in windy weather. No rips or tears, and have checked for leaks whilst we had it erected and can happily say there were no leaks. Because it is so quick to put up we would be more than happy to show you the tent in all its glory if you wish to view, weather permitting. It's a great tent and a shame we got it wrong with the size. We have three children (two of which are teenagers) and need to go for an eight man to give us the space we need. We are currently looking for another larger airbeam. We've found Googling is a great way to find out more about these tents. As part of the AirBean family of tents, the Eden V 500 has an inflatable AirBeam frame with the added luxury of a rich Polycotton flysheet in a sumptuous nutmeg brown colourway. The styling, particularly the integrated front canopy, gives this tent the feeling of being on an opulent safari rather than a UK campsite. The Vango Eden V 500 will sleep 5 people in comfort. There's a single bedroom inner sleeping five people with a divider curtain to split it into a 3+2. The inner is made with highly breathable polyester with two large, half mesh entrance doors for excellent air circulation. The living space of the Eden V 500 is generous 380x285cm providing plenty of space to establish a dining area, arrange your camping furniture and for gear storage. The tent has a fully sewn-in heavy duty 'mesh' PVC groundsheet which prevents draughts, moisture ingress and insect invasion. The Vango Eden V 500 features two doors - a roll-back side 'C' door and a large roll-up front door. Both of these doors feature mesh double doors to aid air circulation while keeping insects on the outside. The 'V' in the title of this tent refers to the Vista front - this is a large hex-shaped front with panoramic windows that let in plenty of daylight and allow great views out. All windows have zip-down curtains so you can regulate the amount of daylight/privacy levels you want. The striking integral front canopy provides an excellent area for you to sit under and relax on warm days but will also protect the front entrance on rainy days. In stormy weather the canopy can simply be taken down, rolled-up and toggled to the main tent to avoid damage.
