It has one patch but is waterproof as a recent camping trip in Beverly proved, although one pole needs some attention or replacement due to split but is still usable. It is in good condition. Originally purchased a few years ago and used a few times, the tent is in good condition and does not leak. It's really spacious inside with fully sealed ground sheet. It is really simple and easy to put up in about 20mins or so with 2 people. One of the zips on the doors/entrances is bust but this has never been a problem due to the porch covering it.
