This wedding dress petticoat is make to fit sizes (I am a size 16 & it was still really comfortable) and was made in England by Blue Ribbon. It has 2 hoops near the bottom, with a double layer of soft fabric finished with satin ribbon. It is cream in colour a and has a small blue bow for the 'something blue'. The hoops can be trimmed if desired, but I just threaded them through so they overlapped a few inches to keep the hoop perfectly round. Wedding petticoat / underskirt. I am a size 12 and was a comfortable fit to wear all day. It is elasticated so probably would fit size 10 and 14 too. I bought mine rather than hire as they tend to be a lot stronger. My dress was extremely heavy so this petticoat was such a life saver! It kept my dress off my legs all day and held the weight, saved me from being too hot too. I have included a few pictures to give an idea of how it made my dress look. There are two hoops not just one at the bottom but one part way up to, it really makes all the difference.
