Wedding petticoat / underskirt. I am a size 12 and was a comfortable fit to wear all day. It is elasticated so probably would fit size 10 and 14 too. I bought mine rather than hire as they tend to be a lot stronger. My dress was extremely heavy so this petticoat was such a life saver! It kept my dress off my legs all day and held the weight, saved me from being too hot too. I have included a few pictures to give an idea of how it made my dress look. There are two hoops not just one at the bottom but one part way up to, it really makes all the difference.
