Brand new never used Jeffries Falcon VSD saddle in Havanah 18 " Seat Med/Wide fit. A comfortable, stylish general purpose saddle for riders who focus towards dressage. The VSD is sufficiently straight-cut to sit behind the horse’s shoulder and allow freedom of movement. The flaps allow the rider to ride with a straighter longer leg for flatwork. However, the air-flow knee-pads and knee-rolls give jumping security. The panels are flocked with pure new wool to aid a perfect fit. Suitable for horses with larger shoulders, such as Warmbloods. Jeffries pride themselves on the years of tradition and experience on which they base the design and manufacture of all that is best in saddlery and riding equipment. Without compromise, they design and develop new products, combining the latest materials and technology with traditional manufacturing skills and craftsmanship. Jeffries use only the best English bridle butts from quality leather dressers and curriers and Jeffries bridle leather is always a minimum of 3.75mm thick for maximum strength and durability. Brown English made VSD  by Jeffries. British standard on the stirrup bar and serial number stamped on sweatflap. All stamps and plates in place.  Very comfy. Ideal for big shouldered horses and sits very neatly. Ideal as a GP or even in the show ring. Measures just over 17" from stud to centre of cantle.  Measures 9" across the dee's. This is a nice wide fit. Stamped 'M' on the stirrup bar but has been altered. Flap measures 15" from stirrup bar to bottom.  Tree is sound. The stitching is strong and girth straps are sound and solid. Normal signs of use. Recently reflocked with pure new wool so beautifully soft and smooth. Very useful, well made saddle.
